GrabSuite provides tools to download publicly available content from social media platforms for personal use. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of the source platforms.
You may not use the service to download copyrighted content without authorization, to download content to harass or harm others, to resell or redistribute downloaded content commercially, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Subscription access continues until the end of the billing period after cancellation.
Free accounts receive 3 total downloads. This limit is non-transferable and non-resettable.
GrabSuite is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of downloads. Service may be interrupted for maintenance or due to changes by source platforms.
GrabSuite is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or legal issues arising from downloaded content.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
